Role Responsibility

This is a great opportunity to join a world leading food / chemical manufacturing company who pride themselves on the very latest products and technologies across the globe.  This senior position is key to maintaining and growing the business and thus we are interested in speaking to individuals who have a successful background in a manufacturing / operations in the food / chemical sector.

Alongside the fact that you will be working for a market leading global company you will be in a strategic position to receive career opportunities not only in the UK but further afield.   
 

The Requirement

Ideally you will have managed budgets in the region of £2m plus, strong health and safety/ SSHE and quality background and experience of managing large teams in a production / process environment.

As well as a strong academic record (ideally chemical engineering degree) you will have an up to date knowledge of ISO standards in the food industry, proven history of implementing changes through LEAN manufacturing principles, and above all a real passion to lead from the front and take the responsibility for the performance of the site and be able to respond to market changes effectively.
