Add value to the organisation’s commitment to achieving World Class manufacturing status through reactive, proactive and strategic developments of the production process – ideally utilising Lean Manufacturing techniques; Provide process engineering solutions alongside operations, technical and production functions. This is inclusive of capital investment proposals as well as the review and improvement of the chemical components of the production cycle; Drive the development and innovation of product, from raw material assessment through to finished goods, to deliver solutions to client requirements and market demands.

Continual strategic focus on supplying a product portfolio into technically advanced applications has driven a number of recruitment assignments recently and created an opportunity for a chemical process engineer

The Requirement

Previous implementation of process improvement projects in a production environment to increase plant performance and product quality whilst removing waste and cost; The ability to work autonomously in investigating chemical issues and providing technical solutions to the production team; Degree educated in an Engineering discipline where Chemical Engineering or Chemistry was a focus.
