Role Responsibility

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical and hygiene functions across the two sites, ensuring that food safety, quality and legal requirements are met. Key responsibilities include guaranteeing all systems are technically correct, implementing best practice for site functions ensuring cross site synergy. You will have direct responsibility for the Technical team of ten, as well as contributing to the Training Strategy and development of all employees across the company.

The Requirement

You will be an experienced Technical Manager with an extensive knowledge and background in the application of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and HACCP principles in the FMCG market. A proven leader, you will exhibit a “can-do” attitude coupled with strong communication skills, a passion for continuous improvement and a drive for success. A degree is preferable but not essential. Due to their expansive nature this is the ideal opportunity for someone looking for career stability and progression longer-term.
